Patreon is a service where authors publish posts for subscribers, and access to them depends on the support tier. The Readine app makes reading Patreon more comfortable and adds features Patreon does not have.
New posts from authors show up in one shared feed, with recommendations, but you cannot find what you need across all authors at once, because search only works within a single author’s page. The “recently read” list exists only in the mobile app’s library, not on the site.
Readine removes recommendations and lets you search across all authors, not only on Patreon. The web and mobile apps work the same way.

The full text of the post is available right away, with images. Your copy is downloaded in advance and stays even if the author deletes the post.
There are notes, tags and search across the full text. You can set up rules for the feed and for keyword notifications.

The subscription to the author is paid separately on Patreon. Readine does not sell other people’s posts. Readine makes reading more comfortable — and puts everything in one place.
When your subscription to an author lapses, the feed stops updating, but you keep access to the copies.
Video and audio open on Patreon and do not play inside the app. Updates arrive on a schedule you can set.
